The Players Championship was held at TPC Sawgrass between 6th and 9th May this year. This event is one of the most exciting events on the PGA Tour being played on an exciting and demanding course .

Tim Clark won the event, receiving a purse of $1.71M, beating Robert Allenby into second place. He played the final 26 holes without a bogey and set a Stadium Course record with the largest 36-hole comeback. He finished with an 8-foot par putt on the final hole for a 5-under 67.
